Update your Profile

  1. Click My Account
  2. Choose "Edit"
  3. Under "Account Settings" modify your email address & password
  4. Under "Company Information" modify your company name, description, etc.
  5. Under "Personal Information" modify your name & office phone number

Reserve a Conference Room

  1. Under Conference Room Reservations, click "1st Floor Calendar or 4th Floor Calendar"
  2. Confirm that your desired time slot is available, then click Make Reservation under the appropriate floor
  3. Choose the "Start Date," "End Date," & "Title" (an abbreviation of your company name, ex: "WNMG" for WebNet Media Group)
  4. You can describe the reservation in "Body" if necessary.
  5. Leave ALL other settings as they are

Start a Forum Topic

  1. Under Create Content, click "Forum Topic"
  2. Create a "Subject"
  3. Choose an appropriate "Forums" category
  4. Create the forum topic "Body"
